How does ordering work?
Simply add your chosen plants, shrimp, or fish to the cart, select a pickup time and location, and submit your order.
You'll then be redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-written message containing your order number. We will confirm your order, total price, and pickup details through WhatsApp.
You will also be notified through your gmail that you entered, regarding what you ordered.
Where can I collect my order?
Pickup locations currently include:
Crestwood Public School, front gates
Castle Towers, outside coles
Baulkham Hills Library, front door
Rousehill Town Center, outside woolworths
Blacktown Wespoint, outside woolworths
Kellyville Village, outside coles
Custom location, negotiate on wattsapp after ordering
You can choose your preferred location during checkout.
When do I pay?
Payment is currently made at pickup, as a physical meeting. We will confirm the total amount with you through WhatsApp before meeting.
Can I see the exact fish or shrimp before pickup?
Yes!
We will send a photo of all the products before we meetup to see if you agree with it, feel free to question the products.
Are the plants grown locally?
Yes! All of our plants are grown and propagated locally in our own planted aquariums. This helps ensure healthy, aquarium-grown stock that is already adapted to submerged conditions.
What if I need to change my pickup time?
Just send us a message on WhatsApp. If another time slot is available, we can usually reschedule your pickup.
How do pickup times work?
Available pickup times are shown on our booking calendar. Once a time slot is selected and confirmed, it is reserved for your order so no one else can book the same time.
How will I be contacted after ordering?
